Vitae 2027: Bukkuram Sole d’Agosto and Vigna La Miccia among Italy’s finest wines

The Vitae 2027 Guide by the Associazione Italiana Sommelier has placed two Marco De Bartoli wines in its highest evaluation tier. It is the tier that brings together the finest Italian wines of this edition.

Passito di Pantelleria Bukkuram Sole d’Agosto 2023 received 96 points out of 100. It comes from Bukkuram’s Zibibbo, harvested in the second week of August and left to dry for a short time. The wine holds together the concentration of the Pantelleria sun and the freshness of the fruit.

Marsala Superiore Oro Riserva Vigna La Miccia 2020 earned 92.5 points out of 100. It comes from Grillo grapes grown in the vineyard that gives it its name. Time spent in wood accompanies it patiently, without covering it.

For several years Vitae has expressed its ratings on a 100-point scale, in line with international standards. This choice makes its judgements readable beyond Italy as well.

AIS Sicilia will present the certificates on 30 January 2027, at the launch of the Guida ai vini di Sicilia 2027. The event is part of the Esperienze di Vitae programme.
